Monthly Menus for Families

Families receive access to the monthly meal schedule, which clearly identifies the morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack for each weekday. This helps parents stay informed and makes it easier to coordinate meals at home. Menus may be updated based on ingredient availability or program needs.

Positive Mealtime Experiences

More than a break in the day

Mealtimes are opportunities for children to build independence, practise social skills, and develop healthy relationships with food. Educators support children as they sit with peers, try different foods, communicate preferences, use age-appropriate utensils, and take part in simple routines.

Our goal is a calm, welcoming environment where children enjoy meals without pressure and grow more confident during daily routines.

Supporting Healthy Growth

Variety that fuels development

A varied menu supports physical development while introducing new tastes and textures. Meals with fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins, and dairy help children keep the energy they need for learning, outdoor play, creative activities, and social interaction, and rotating the menu keeps meals interesting while offering repeated chances to become familiar with different foods.

Vegetarian Options

Vegetarian meal options are available upon parent request. Families are encouraged to speak with their preferred Secret Heart Academy location about their child’s dietary needs before enrollment or whenever those needs change.
